RJ Cox Engineering endeavours to ship goods within 48 hours of order placement. If any product ordered is currently out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order being received. We will advise you of the likely delay and inform you of the estimated delivery date. Please be advised that non-stocked items may incur a 14-16 week lead time.
Please allow the below approximate transit times from the final date of despatch:
2-3 working days for deliveries to NSW, SA, QLD & VIC.
5-7 working days for delivery to TAS & WA.
7-10 working days for delivery to NT.
Our restocking fee is 30%, and the goods must be returned on the customer’s freight account.
A refund or credit, less the restocking fee, will be processed within 7 Days of the item being returned. Made-to-order items are Not Refundable.
All products are covered by a 12-month Warranty, Excluding Misuse and Abuse. The customer is responsible for returning the item to R.J. Cox Engineering for assessment. Our team will assess the item and repair or replace it accordingly.
All items are supplied in knock-down form and require assembly when necessary. Assembly or Installation is not allowed unless shown separately on the quote or invoice.
